Paige turns 1!

With lots of lovely new clothes and loads of exciting toys, our Paige was well celebrated on her birthday! I tried out a new coconut cupcake recipe (*** out of 4) and she gobbled her's right up. At 12 months she's a walking, chattering, smiling, sand-eating, steadfast Daddy's girl. And geez, does that girl like being outside.

And here she was, 363 days prior. Aww :)

Dragon Cheeks & Birthday Hats

Seth was nicely painted at Belmar's 5th anniversary 'block party' this past weekend

Kaelin turned 3! The young Spricks enjoyed a party Saturday evening. Sadly, I did not get a pic of Seth going after the pinata...

Appalling

During a visit to Turkey last month, Obama said, “One of the great strengths of the United States is, although I have mentioned we have a very large Christian population, we do not consider ourselves a Christian nation or a Jewish nation or a Muslim nation; we consider ourselves a nation of citizens who are bound by ideals and a set of values.”

To read more visit here

I have no desire to be grouped together with Mr. Obama's ideals and values

Birthday Boy!

Dustin turns 31. Seth helped make the cake (homemade yellow) and was put in charge of sprinkles & candle blowing. We had the great fortune to snag a babysitter and make it to The Keg for a quiet dinner.

Gimme more cake!
